Gathered Fabric is an organization which was led by a man who Ayame likes to call a pervert. They were led by a man called White Peak aka Takuma Ichinose, a fourth year at an undisclosed uiversity.. They claimed to be a part of SOX, but were led by White Peak in order to fulfill his perverse fetishes, to smell used undergarments. Many adopted his perverse ways and they soon formed a formidable organization. They were a brute force who just wanted to smell panties.
Their first action was to tie a Decency Squad member to a multitude of panties that made a huge panty, with the message, "We supported/or are supported by SOX" inscripted. They then carried out a hijacking of 42 buses, and demanded the undergarments of everyone on the bus. Joint effort by, Hyouka Fuwa, Anna , and Tanukichi led to the freedom of some 3. Their leader, White Peak was briefly captured, but was freed by SOX's traitor, Kosuri. They marched on to Zoshigaoka Academy which they hijacked and held students hostage. Their perverse ways are shown even further when they asked for the undergarments of the students, and demeanded that they 'ripen' the new ones they were given. It is known that they have a sort of lust for the musty smell of panties, rather than the wearer. The lust is so great that they can smell within a maximum of a 500 meter radius.
They caused disruption in the Japanese government and managed to squeeze out hot meals for three days from them. They managed to bring a bad name to SOX, labeling them as indiscriminate tyrants who wanted everything to swing their way and were a bad influence on society. Their hold on the Academy was removed as Decency Squad, Anna and SOX stormed through, defeating their leader. Although the hostages were already freed by Otome Saotome, they still needed to be freed from the other men of this organization who had blocked the hallway. Otome came to their rescue once again by tricking the gang memebers with 2D drawings of panties, with a somewhat mysterious musty smell. They were brought to a unanimous end when the crowd stampeded through them to their freedom. They were tied up by the Decency Squad and were defeated.
One noticeable feature of them is that they realize that their leader is mad, but they still follow him. This is shown when a member confronted Tanukichi on the bus. Their devotion to him and panties may also be considered crazy
